The Future of Real Estate – 2020 and beyond
2020 and beyond will put the real estate industry in the center of rapid economic and social change — that is shifting the built environment and urban landscape. The changing outlook of the real estate sector will be impacting its different activities, actors and also public constituencies
Urban Cities – are growing at an increasing rate across multiple geographies.
Moving In – the population growth rate demands a resilient plan to provide adequate real estate assets that would cope with the need for multiple options, caused by the advent of the social media.
Sustainability – as it is now universally adopted and defined through the newly announced United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – is a key driver for value. Technology has considerably advanced since the turn of this century and is becoming the greatest disrupter of all
Climate Change – as a global phenomenon – is posing major risks on urban infrastructure and the built environment.
Investment and Capital – still favors Real Estate as an asset to invest in. However, Real Estate Capital is looking beyond the right financial framework or the initial feasibility study.
